Jobs dashboard (legacy)

Your legacy Jobs dashboard is still available at this time and can be found under Hiring > Jobs. Below is a guide to the legacy Jobs dashboard.

🗂️  View jobs by status

Jobs are now sorted by hiring status to make it easier to manage your job postings (Active, Passive) and inactive jobs (Off or Archived).

Click into a status tab at the top of your page to view jobs with that status – or view your full list of jobs in the All tab. You can focus in further by searching for a job, filtering by location, or setting a date range.

To update a job's status, just toggle it's status between off, passive, and active (or archive it with the steps below). You'll see the job move to the corresponding tab of your dashboard.

🗄️  Archive a job

Archiving a job unpublishes it at a specific location and removes it from your main Jobs list. If your company has job archiving enabled, you can archive a job by clicking on the three dots next to it and clicking Archive.

Your job now lives in the Archive tab at the top of your Jobs page. You can un-archive later as needed!

✍️  Edit a job

It's now easier than ever to edit a job right from your Jobs dashboard.

A couple things to know:

1. You might need editing permission. Most companies do not have job editing enabled by default. If your company does have job editing enabled, your admins will be able to customize jobs on a location-by-location basis – in addition to edits on the template level.
2. Know the difference: jobs vs. templates. Updating a job only applies to the job at a specific location. To update a role across multiple locations, you'll need to update the template. More info on jobs vs. templates

To update a job, filter your Jobs list by location or scroll down the location in question. Then, next to the job you want to update, click the three dots and then Edit.

🔍  Find your job postings

Want to locate your job postings or grab a public link to share with a job seeker? Use the Find your job button – you'll find it next to every job on your Jobs page.

When you click Find your job, a panel will open with links to your job on HigherMe and on Indeed. You can also look for your job on other partner job boards – learn more here!

Tip: when you activate a job on HigherMe, it can take up to 24 hours for that job to post to Indeed. Jobs often post faster than that, but if you're not seeing your job on Indeed, make sure to wait 24 hours.

📣  Launch boost campaigns

If you have boosting permissions, click Boost to create a paid ad campaign on a partner job board or connect with new applicants through Talent Reach.

Don't have boosting access? Click Boost to view a list of company admins you can reach out to to request a boost or update your permissions.
