One option is our FREE in-house talent pool solution, Talent Reach. Reach allows you to scan your location for qualified potential applicants near you and invite them to apply to your open roles.

☝️  Before you boost

Take 5 minutes to look over the job you want to boost. Make sure it's in great shape before you put money into advertising it! Does your job have...

• A straightforward title?
• A clear and friendly job description?
• Visible pay info? (Candidates are 2x likelier to apply to jobs with visible pay.)
• 6 or fewer screening questions? (Keep them short and sweet!)

📣  How to boost with Talent Reach

To get started with Talent Reach, identify a job that needs more applicants. From your Hiring Hub (or legacy Jobs page), click on the blue Boost button next to that job.

1. Our system quickly checks your city & job category to find qualified applicants in your area.
2. If there are available applicants near you, you’ll be able to confirm your Boost request.
3. HigherMe will email these eligible applicants with your job post, encouraging them to apply.

Reach is available to all HigherMe clients, but results do vary by location. If there are no available applicants in your area, you will see a message letting you know that we are unable to boost your job through Reach at this time. Check back in the future – there may be more candidates in as soon as a few days!
