You can launch a boost campaign right from your Hiring Hub or your legacy Jobs page – read how below.

☝️  Before you boost

Take 5 minutes to look over the job you want to boost. Make sure it's in great shape before you put money into advertising it! Does your job have...

• A straightforward title?
• A clear and friendly job description?
• Visible pay info? (Candidates are 2x more likely to apply to jobs with visible pay.)
• 6 or fewer screening questions? (Keep them short and sweet!)

📣  Boosting to Indeed

From your Hiring Hub (or legacy Jobs page), click Boost next to a job that needs more applicants and then select Indeed. After performing a quick, one-time preauthorization for our Indeed boosting partner (R&r Marketing Services), you'll be able to choose your sponsorship type, budget, and campaign duration.

💡 100% of your selected budget goes directly toward boosting your job’s visibility on Indeed. HigherMe and R&r do not retain any portion of your budget as a management fee, markup, or additional platform charge — your full spend is used for advertising your job on the job board.

Indeed now offers two boosting options:

⭐ Premium Boost

Indeed’s Premium boosting helps you fill urgent roles faster and increase visibility for hard-to-fill positions.

Premium boosts may include:

• Up to 140% more applicants (according to Indeed data)
• Advanced candidate matching
• Increased visibility in search results
• Company branding elements like logos and headers
• “Urgently Hiring” labels

Premium campaigns:

• Require a minimum daily budget of $50/day
• Can be scheduled for 5+ days
• May end earlier depending on budget usage

Example:
$50/day × 5 days = $250 total budget

🚀 Standard Boost

Indeed’s Standard boosting helps increase visibility and attract more applicants for your role.

Standard boosts may include:

• Up to 6.5x more candidates (according to Indeed data)

Standard campaigns:

• Require a minimum daily budget of $20/day
• Can be scheduled for 5+ days
• May end earlier depending on budget usage

Example:
$20/day × 5 days = $100 total budget

Once you submit your request, R&r receives the information and launches the campaign on your behalf. There’s no additional fee — 100% of your spend goes directly toward boosting your job on Indeed 🙌

After your campaign concludes, our team will send you an invoice for the total ad spend.

📣 Boosting to ZipRecruiter

ZipRecruiter is one of the largest job distribution networks around, and now you can boost directly to it right from HigherMe.
From your Hiring Hub, click Boost next to a job and select ZipRecruiter. You'll be able to set your budget and campaign duration before launching.

💡 100% of your selected budget goes directly toward boosting your job's visibility on ZipRecruiter. HigherMe does not retain any portion as a fee or markup.
After your campaign concludes, our team will send you an invoice for the total ad spend.

📣  Boosting to Snagajob

Snagajob boosting is a lot like boosting to Indeed. The only differences are that Snagajob does not require preauthorization and that Snagajob is only available to clients in the USA. Otherwise, the process and the details ($50 minimum budget, campaign duration, billing, etc.) are the same.

From your Hiring Hub (or legacy Jobs page), click Boost next to a job that needs more applicants and then select Snagajob.

📣  Cross-posting to Craigslist

Craigslist is a pay-to-post job board. Pricing varies by location and can cost between $10 and $75 USD per ad. You choose the number of job posts you want our team to post over a 14-day period – plus any special formatting requests. Our team will create the job post(s) based on your specifications, and you'll be billed based on the number of posts & Craigslist pricing in your area.

In your Hiring Hub (or on your legacy Jobs page), you'll see a Craigslist label next to any jobs being actively cross-posted to Craigslist.

📊  Boost analytics

Get insights on your boost campaign or cancel a current boost by clicking on the label ("Indeed", "Snagajob", etc.) next to your boosted job. For more analytics, check out your Exports page.
