You can launch a boost campaign right from your Hiring Hub or your legacy Jobs page – read how below.

☝️  Before you boost

Take 5 minutes to look over the job you want to boost. Make sure it's in great shape before you put money into advertising it! Does your job have...

• A straightforward title?
• A clear and friendly job description?
• Visible pay info? (Candidates are 2x more likely to apply to jobs with visible pay.)
• 6 or fewer screening questions? (Keep them short and sweet!)

Looking good? You're ready to boost!

📣  Boosting to Indeed

From your Hiring Hub (or legacy Jobs page), click Boost next to a job that needs more applicants and then select Indeed. After performing a quick, one-time preauthorization for our Indeed boosting partner (R&r Marketing Services), you'll be able to fill out the required fields and submit your boost request.

1. Set your budget ($50 minimum). No additional fees – you only pay for your ad spend. Each boost campaign lasts up to 2 weeks by default.
2. Click Confirm.

When you send your request, R&r receives your information and creates a 2-week campaign on your behalf. There's no additional delay here beyond the initial one-time authorization.

Once your campaign has concluded, our team will send you an invoice. You'll only pay for your ad spend, and 100% of your spend will go to boosting on Indeed 🙌

📣  Boosting to Snagajob

Snagajob boosting is a lot like boosting to Indeed. The only differences are that Snagajob does not require preauthorization and that Snagajob is only available to clients in the USA. Otherwise, the process and the details ($50 minimum budget, campaign duration, billing, etc.) are the same.

From your Hiring Hub (or legacy Jobs page), click Boost next to a job that needs more applicants and then select Snagajob.

📣  Cross-posting to Craigslist

Craigslist is a pay-to-post job board. Pricing varies by location and can cost between $10 and $75 USD per ad. You choose the number of job posts you want our team to post over a 14-day period – plus any special formatting requests. Our team will create the job post(s) based on your specifications, and you'll be billed based on the number of posts & Craigslist pricing in your area.

In your Hiring Hub (or on your legacy Jobs page), you'll see a Craigslist label next to any jobs being actively cross-posted to Craigslist.

📊  Boost analytics

Get insights on your boost campaign or cancel a current boost by clicking on the label ("Indeed", "Snagajob", etc.) next to your boosted job. For more analytics, check out your Exports page.
