Your Hiring Hub

NEW! We’re excited to introduce our redesigned Hiring Hub experience – a central hub for managing jobs, reviewing candidates, and scheduling interviews faster and easier than ever.

☝️  Viewing your Jobs by status

You can find your new Hiring Hub by clicking on Hiring in your top navigation bar. You'll see a grid with an overview of your active job postings. From here you can monitor the performance of your postings, make quick updates, and manage visibility across locations.

Your grid automatically sorts jobs by which ones have the newest applications, but you can easily filter by company, location, job type, and hiring stage to narrow the results in your grid. You can also add a new job or location using the buttons in the top right. Use the search bar to quickly find a job by title.

Above the grid, toggle between Active, Passive, Off, and All to view your job postings for each status.

To view archived jobs, click the three dots to the right and then click Archived.

Each job posting can be updated right from your grid.

• To change the job's status, hover over the current status and select a new one.
• To edit the job or find it on job boards, click the three dots to the right of the job title.
• If you have boosting enabled, you can start or manage a boost from here.
• You'll also see quick facts about each job, like how many new applications it's received and how long it's been posted for.

Finally, click View all applications to visit a brand new, interactive page where you can manage candidates with ease!

👀  Reviewing applications for a job

The Applications view lets you review candidate activity for a specific job.

At the top of the page, you’ll see quick metrics summarizing applications, interviews, and hires from the last 30 days. Use the date range dropdown to adjust the timeframe and view the job's performance over different periods.

Below the metrics, you'll see tabs for different stages of the hiring flow: Applied, Shortlisted, Interviewing, and Onboarding. Click into any of these tabs to review and act on applications at that stage. Or, click the three dots to the right to view additional statuses like Rejected, Future candidate, and Archived.

🔍  Searching for a specific candidate
Looking for a way to search all candidates across jobs and locations? At the top of the main Hiring Hub view, click Search in all candidates list (or click here).
