NEW! Your new Hiring Hub is your one-stop shop for application management. You'll come here whether you want to review application details, update hiring status, add a candidate to your shortlist, request more info, or kick off the interview process.
To start, open the Hiring Hub and click "View all applications" on any job in your grid. This will take you to the Applications view, where you can review candidate activity for a specific job.
At the top of the page, you’ll see quick metrics summarizing applications, interviews, and hires from the last 30 days. Use the date range dropdown to adjust the timeframe and view the job's performance over different periods.
Below the metrics, you'll see tabs for different stages of the hiring flow: Applied, Shortlisted, Interviewing, and Onboarding. Click into any of these tabs to review and act on applications at that stage. Or, click the three dots to the right to view additional statuses like Rejected, Future candidate, and Archived.

In your Applied tab, you can filter your list by candidate score, availability match, distance, screening questions score, and whether you've added a candidate to your favorites list. Each applicant's card shows a snapshot of their candidate score, giving you a quick read of their fit for the job. When you're ready, move an applicant to the next stage:

Your Shortlist tab shows you all in-progress candidates in one place, grouped by their current stage.
Once a candidate has completed an AI interview, click the stars icon next to their name to review a call summary and transcript. |

From the Interviewing tab, you can manage all invited, in-progress, completed, and canceled interviews – just filter with the dropdown at the top!

If you have our Paperless Onboarding product, you can initiate a new hire's onboarding, manage in-progress offers, review pending onboarding, request custom documents, and more from the Onboarding tab of your Hiring Hub. |

Archiving an application: Applications are now automatically archived after 30 days* to help keep your hiring dashboard clean and focused on your most relevant candidates. To view archived applications, click the three dots to the right of your Applications view tabs. Applications can also be archived manually via the status dropdown. You can unarchive an application at any time. |

*If your company has already set up a custom timeframe, then you will see applications auto-archive based on your custom preferences (e.g., 15 days, 90 days, etc.) instead. |

Transferring an application: Need to move an application from one role, store location, or company to another? Simply open the application and click the arrow icon in the top right corner. A panel will open where you can select which company, location, and role to move the application. Optionally, you can also leave a note for the candidate. Once you click Confirm, the application will be transferred according to your selections and the candidate will be notified of the transfer. If they so choose, they can withdraw their application, but no other action is needed. You will also receive an email confirming the change, and you'll see it listed in the Notes section of the application. Your hiring team can now review the application as normal! |
