After your new hire has completed their portion of the onboarding flow, you will receive an email that they are ready for review. This means that there are documents and other info that you need to read and sign before you can finalize their onboarding.

There are three ways you can begin reviewing a new employee's onboarding. If you have your email open, click on the blue Review documents button in the onboarding review email you received. Otherwise, open your Onboarding dashboard or the Onboarding tab of a job in your Hiring Hub and click Review next to the employee's name. Once you've opened their onboarding, you'll see several tabs representing different information related to their hire:
All tabs contain information on your new hire, so feel free to go through tab by tab β just make sure you end up on the Review tab, where your action is needed! π |

The Review tab has several sections, depending on which action you need to take:

| π«’ Did the employee make a mistake filling out a document, or did you ask our team to update a document for you? The Re-issue button lets you resend the latest version of a document to your employee so they can fill it out again. |

Finalizing the hire |

| Once you have reviewed all steps and signed everywhere you need to sign, you'll see that the Finalize button at the bottom of the page will have turned bright blue. Click it to put your final stamp on your new hire's onboarding. You now have an active employee! π | |
| Not able to click on the Finalize button? If you're not done reviewing documents, you'll see an orange message at the bottom of the page saying that you still have things to review. Scroll to the top of the page and make sure you've read and signed everything in the Documents to review box! | |
