Add pay information to your job postings. Indeed favors jobs with pay info – and so do applicants! Be sure to mention up front if employees can earn tips. Beyond a wage, list the great benefits you offer. Some ideas:

First, turn off jobs that you are not actively hiring for. Advertising for jobs that aren't currently open may dilute your results. In the same vein, make sure you're not posting duplicate jobs – these can do a number on your visibility. Next up, leverage your Text-to-Apply materials. Get creative with how and where you use them!
