The Onboarding dashboard is your hub for all new hires. Follow your employees through the stages of their onboarding journey, represented by 6 tabs at the top of the page. Click into a tab to see which employees are at that stage of the process and take any action needed.

To search for a specific employee, type their name or email address in the search bar at the top of the page. You'll see a small red dot appear on any tabs that have a corresponding result.

You can also filter your results by role, location, and whether the employee will be full- or part-time. |

- π₯ Your Inbox tab groups employees from 2 other tabs, "Pending" and "Review," so you can see all your outstanding tasks in one place. Employees with the closest start date are at the top of the list.
- βοΈ Your Pending tab shows candidates who have been marked as "Pending onboarding" but whose offer has not been sent yet. Click "Start onboarding" next to a candidate's name to complete their offer and invite them to onboard.
- π Your In progress tab shows new hires who have received an offer and are still completing their portion of the onboarding flow. You'll see a countdown next to each new hire signaling how long their onboarding has been in progress. If your company uses integrated services such as E-Verify or Checkr, you will also see colored tags indicating each employee's status for those services.

Have an in-progress new hire whose onboarding seems to have stalled? Click on the three dots to send them a reminder, cancel their onboarding, grab the URL to their onboarding record to send to them directly, or move them back to "Pending" so you can edit their job offer.

- π Your Review tab shows new hires who have completed their portion of the onboarding flow. It's time for you to review and finalize their documents, work eligibility, and banking information! Employees with the oldest start date are at the top of the list, ensuring that you don't miss any outstanding tasks.

Your Active tab lists your active employees. Their onboarding has been completed and finalized, so no action is needed here. If you need to mark an employee as dismissed for your own record-keeping purposes, you can do so by clicking on the three dots next to their record; the employee will not be able to see that you have done so.
- ποΈ Your Archive tab lists your dismissed/terminated employees, with the most recent termination date at the top of the list.
