Screening questions are an optional but useful part of a job template. They allow you to get a sense of who your applicants are before the interview, align applicants to your company's values, and configure your fit score settings to meet your hiring needs!
We do offer a library of common questions – or you can create your own!

To add a new screening question to your job template, open the job template and navigate to the Job Questions tab. Click on + Add Question.

Once your question has been saved to a template, it becomes part of the application flow for all associated jobs. Here's what applicant answers to screening questions look like on your Applications page: |
