There are several ways to get in touch with us. In order to start the process, look for a blue bubble that says Get help that is located on the bottom left of your screen. Note that you must be logged in first to see these options.
Now, type in a question. If a suggested article doesn't solve your issue, click on Get in touch.
Quick questions can be answered in a flash with the widget. The same Friends that you email and call are also available to chat with by clicking the chat bubble in the lower-right corner of your HigherMe platform, and clicking on the live chat option.

You can send us a message anytime by clicking on the option to leave a message.
We'll respond to your message 7 days a week within 24 hours, and usually much faster. Email is great if you need to ask us something that requires a lot of detail. Some examples might be:
- Adding a location to your account.
- Adding a new job to your account.
- Adding or adjusting your paid sponsorship of jobs.
Request a callback
Sometimes you just need to talk to someone, and we definitely want to talk to you! We'll be available Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. E.T. - 6:00 p.m. E.T. You can use the option to request a callback.
