There are several ways to get in touch with us. To start, click on the BLUE QUESTION MARK located on the bottom left of your screen. Note: you must be logged in first to see these options.



Type in a question. If a suggested article doesn't solve your issue, click on Get in touch.

Live Chat

Quick questions can be answered in a flash with the widget! The same Friends that you email and call are also available to chat with by clicking the chat bubble in the lower-right corner of your HigherMe platform, and clicking on the live chat option.

Send us an Email

You can send us a message anytime by clicking on the option to leave a message.


We'll respond to your message 7 days a week within 24 hours, and usually much faster. Email is great if you need to ask us something that requires a lot of detail. Some examples might be:

  • How to add E-Verify (or other integrations) to your account
  •  Onboarding or Billing questions
  • Adding or adjusting your paid sponsorship of jobs


Request a callback

Sometimes you just need to talk to someone, and we definitely want to talk to you! We are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. E.T. - 6:00 p.m. E.T. You can use the option to request a callback.


Calling us is great for things you need help with in the moment, for example:
