✨ New
Billing now lives right inside HigherMe. No more separate portal login just to check your plan or grab an invoice.
We still partner with Chargebee to handle your subscription and payments securely — we never store your card details directly — but almost everything you need to see is now built right into your Settings.
👀 What you'll see on your Billing page
Head to Settings, then click Billing under Organization settings.
This page is only visible to Company admins.
| Subscription | Plan name, status, billing cadence, term dates, next bill date, and renewal amount |
| Payment method | The card on file, with a heads-up if it's expired or expiring soon |
| Outstanding balance | Front and center if you owe anything — quiet and out of the way if you're all paid up |
| Billing contact | Who's on record for invoices and one-time login codes |
| Invoice & credit history | Every invoice and credit note, with one-click downloads |
↗️ Making changes to your billing
This first version of the Billing page is for viewing — any actual change to your subscription or payment still happens through Chargebee or our team. Here's where each one goes:
| Update payment method | Opens Chargebee in a new tab |
| Pay an outstanding balance | Opens Chargebee in a new tab |
| Edit billing contact | Opens Chargebee in a new tab |
| Change plan, upgrade, or downgrade | Contact our team at friends@higherme.com |
| Cancel or reactivate a subscription | Contact our team at friends@higherme.com |
Logging into Chargebee:
| 1 | Click the action — it opens a new tab asking for your billing email. This is most likely the email you used when you first signed up and provided payment info. Leave this tab open. |
| 2 | You'll get a one-time numerical passcode by email — it's only valid for 5 minutes, so check your inbox right away |
| 3 | Enter the passcode in the Chargebee tab and log in. If it's expired, just restart from step 1 — Chargebee will send a fresh one. |
| 4 | Once you're done, head back to your HigherMe tab — we'll refresh your billing info automatically |
🏢 Got more than one subscription?
If your account has multiple subscriptions — say, a core plan plus an add-on — you'll see a row of tabs above your subscription card, one per subscription. Switching tabs updates everything below it: the subscription details and your invoice history for that subscription.
You'll also see a quick total at the bottom — how much you're renewing for in total, and when.
📍 Locations on each subscription
If you've got multiple subscriptions, you can see exactly which locations are on each one. Click to go through the Locations on this subscription section under your subscription card.
