Need to take a break but not sure you want to leave? Let us help you find the best option for you! Dive into analytics: Take this time to do some admin work so you can hit the ground running when your hiring needs strike again âš¡ Leverage our reporting tools to take stock of where your best applicants are coming in from and consider setting up a tracking link for the future. Export your applications or onboarding files for your own records. If you haven't gotten many applicants through Text-to-Apply in the past, revisit how you're using those materials. Identifying what's worked best for you in the past will help simplify your hiring in the future! Ask for support: Not sure if you're getting the most out of our platform? Let us help! Pause a specific location: Have a lot of locations with varying hiring needs? Keep some of your locations active while turning others off. When you pause a location, all jobs at that location are turned off and any existing applications to that location become read-only, meaning that you cannot move them forward through the hiring or onboarding flow. If you reactivate the location in the future, it will be easy to get started back up. Cancel your account: Please note that your subscription cancellation is timed according to your signed service agreement and does not take immediate effect. Once your account is paused or canceled, you will no longer have full access to the platform. We recommend exporting your applicant data and downloading any employee files before your cancelation takes effect! |
✋ Turning your jobs' hiring status to "off" does not mean that your account is paused or canceled. Turning a job off simply means that you are not actively hiring for that role; it has no impact on your subscription. Please be sure to contact our team directly to pause a location or cancel your account!
