Notification preferences

Your new Settings page includes a list of email & SMS notifications you can opt into and out of. Your notification settings apply to your individual account only – not to your entire company. So feel free to adjust to your preferences!

Optional notifications  🔔
Subscribe to email notifications, such as: Daily digest: A summary of hiring activity from the last 24 hours. New application: A new application has been submitted. Info submitted: Did you request more information (like documents, Q&A, or a video) from an applicant? When they respond, we'll notify you by email so you can review their updates. Job expiry: A job posting is about to expire. New hire finalization: If you use HigherMe Onboarding, you'll get this alert when a new hire has completed their onboarding paperwork and is ready to review. Company access audit: A weekly breakdown of changes made to employers at your companies (like updates to managers’ basic information or location access; password resets). [Company admins only] Plus, add a phone number to your profile to opt into SMS notifications, like: New application Interview reminder: A link to the candidate's profile 30 minutes before a scheduled interview What do these notifications look like? Well, here are some examples:

Of course, there are other notifications you might receive from HigherMe based on your (and your candidates') activity. These may include alerts for when an applicant accepts or declines an interview invitation, when a scheduled interview is canceled or rescheduled, when an export is ready to download, and when another employer has transferred an application to you.
