Got your calendar connected and your interview settings added? If so, you're ready to invite someone to interview! Visit the Applications view of your new Hiring Hub and click "Interview" next to an applicant in the Applied tab or the Shortlist tab. When you do, a side panel will open with a range of options for you to choose from. We'll go over these below to help you decide what's best for you!
π₯ Interview format & participants |
How many people will take part in this interview, and who?
You'll likely be scheduling interviews on your own behalf β you'll be the host β but you're also able to schedule on behalf of another manager at your company. Or, mark additional hosts as Optional: they'll be invited to participate in the interview but their availability will not be taken into account during scheduling. |

Want to save time? Load your previous invitation selections by clicking Load previous invite at the top of your invitation window. You won't need to repeat the same basic steps (hosts, format, availability, event type, duration, and notes) each time, but you can still customize these fields for this specific invitation if you need to. |

ποΈ Your availability options |
Once your guest list is set, scroll down in the side panel to set your availability. You can choose from three options here:
Custom hours β add a date and time slot |
π Event type and duration |
Finally, set the event type and duration. Where will the interview take place and for how long?
If you like, you can add a custom message for the guest(s) of this interview. This could be instructions on how to locate the store, any details on the interview format, or even just a friendly hello! π |
