Requesting more info

Did you get an application that seems interesting but you still have some unanswered questions? Maybe the applicant chose not to include a video cover letter and you want them to, or maybe their education experience wasn't quite clear?

💬  Requesting more info:
Open an application that you want more info on, then click Request more info in the top right corner. You will be prompted to choose one or more application areas that you want more info on. You can also opt to let them contact you via email! Click Submit and the applicant will be sent an email from HigherMe asking them to revisit their application and add more color. 🎨

🏷️  Following an info request:
Once you've requested more info, you'll see an orange More info requested tag on the application. Certain actions such as status changes and interview invitations will be unavailable until this applicant resubmits their application.
After they've resubmitted, you'll see a green More info provided tag. You're good to go!
