Speed up your recruiting process with Text-to-Apply! With a quick text or a QR scan, job seekers in your community can apply to your jobs right from their phones, increasing your chances of finding top local talent.

When you sign up for Text-to-Apply, our Customer Experience team uses your existing brand images to design a custom poster for your business. We provide you with a phone number local to your area, a keyword of your choosing, and a QR code with a link to your HigherMe company careers page.

Potential candidates, customers, and passers-by who see your poster can text the keyword to your number (or scan your QR code) and start an application right from their phone!

Once created, your poster can be found on the Text-to-Apply page on HigherMe. You can download this poster and print it through a printing service such as our partner, Recruiting Print Service.

Here are some ideas for how to use your Text-to-Apply materials:

  • Posters
  • Window clings (especially in a drive-through!)
  • Banners
  • Business cards
  • Flyers
  • Stickers on to-go boxes/bags
  • Delivery vehicles

Want to track how your Text-to-Apply materials are performing? Your sourcing report shows you a breakdown of where your applicants are coming in from. 📈
 
Tip: when you hire someone, mark them as "hired" so you can track which sources are bringing you your most qualified candidates!
