It is important to note that in order to have your job openings listed on the Tim Hortons careers page, you must activate them on HigherMe. If you do not activate your jobs on HigherMe you will not receive applications from the Tim Hortons careers page.

Your account comes with 3 preloaded jobs provided by Tim Hortons:
As a Tim Hortons Restaurant Owner, you'll see jobs in both English and French; you can activate each language separately based on your location and hiring needs. |

You can publish these jobs right out of the box or you can customize them (see next section)! |

To publish a job:
Congrats! Your job posting is now live on the Tim Hortons careers page for the next 30 days. If you log back into HigherMe within 30 days, we'll auto-refresh your jobs. Did your jobs expire? Simply log in and reactivate them using the steps above. |

Note: You are responsible to ensure that your posting meets all relevant legal requirements. For example, is an accessibility statement required in your province? Do you meet all French language law requirements? Have you ensured that your posting doesnβt ask any discriminatory questions or include any discriminatory qualifications? Note: If you enter pay information, it will not appear on the Tim Hortons careers page. However, if you've upgraded to one of HigherMe's premium plans to share your jobs beyond the Tim Hortons careers page, those job postings will contain any pay info you enter. |
π Reviewing applications |

You can review applications in two places. First, we'll automatically send new application contents to your TimZone Restaurant email. Feel free to set up email forwarding rules so that you receive our notifications in the inbox of your choosing. Second, you'll find your applications on your HigherMe Applications dashboard. To get started, click on an applicant's name to view their application.
When you're ready to invite the applicant to interview, look for their phone number and email address within their application (or in the list on your Applications page)! |
