How do I find my invoices?

NOTE: You must be logged in to HigherMe using the email address that is attached to your billing account

  • Hover over your profile picture in the top right corner
  •  From the drop-down menu, click on BILLING. This will open up a new tab in your web browser.


  • Enter the email connected with your billing portal. This would have been the email that you connected when you provided your secure billing information when you first signed up. If you are unsure of what the email is feel free to reach out to us!


  • Once submitted, you will receive an email (to that same email address) with a one-time numerical passcode. It is important to note that this passcode is only valid for 5 minutes.


  • Once logged in, you can view your subscription plan, view or update the card on file, as well as download previous invoices, and view your billing history.
