In brief, when you complete a new hire's onboarding on HigherMe, we send a list of information over to Netchex's HR and payroll system, saving you the step of manually inputting it when you go to prepare payroll. Most of the information we send is already collected in the HigherMe onboarding flow, like:

| ⚙️ Setting up your integration |

Setting up the Netchex integration is easy – but it requires some technical steps by our team members before you can get started.
For example, do all of your Crew Member jobs on HigherMe correspond to the same Netchex job code? If so, enter that code as the default job code for your Crew Member jobs and we'll pre-fill that code the next time you hire a Crew Member. You can do this with a number of values in the Jobs tab! This keeps everything moving quickly – and you can always modify values on a case-by-case basis when you finalize a new hire.

| ✍️ Using the Netchex integration |

Using the Netchex integration isn't so different from your usual onboarding process. When you or another employer decide hire a candidate, you'll change their application status to Pending onboarding on HigherMe. You'll then start their onboarding from your Onboarding dashboard, filling out their onboarding forms and inviting your new hire to begin their onboarding flow. Your new hire will fill out their requested information as normal for you to review, and you'll Finalize their onboarding when complete. Nothing new so far! Once you've finalized the new hire on HigherMe, you'll be presented with a short form asking for some supplemental information to help us bridge hiring with payroll. We'll pre-fill as much of this form as possible based on what we know about your job and your Netchex set-up. When you Submit the form, we send your new hire's info over to your Netchex account, where you'll see them appear in your Employee List. They'll also receive an email invitation to set up their Netchex password and complete their employee account set-up. At this point, the sync is complete – your new hire is in your payroll system and you can proceed as normal. |
