📧  Changing your email address

You can update your email address (as well as your phone number, experience, availability, and more) right from your HigherMe profile:

1. First, log in to your HigherMe account.
2. Next, click on your profile picture in the top right corner and go to your profile.
3. Now, update your email address within your profile.

Remember to click Save. You're all set!

🔐  Resetting your password

Forgot your HigherMe password? No worries! You can reset it directly from our login page:

1. Visit app.higherme.com/login and enter the email address you use to log in
2. On the next screen, click on Forgot my password
3. Enter your email address again
4. Click on Send instructions

Within a few minutes, you will receive a link to update your password. Be sure to check your spam folder if you can't find it. 

Password reset requests do expire after a set period of time. This is to keep your account secure! If it's been a while since you received the password reset email and you find that the link isn't working, you will need to repeat the above process to generate a new one.

❓  Trouble logging in?

We're sorry to hear that! If you don't remember which email address you used to sign up, search your email inboxes for an email from "HigherMe." The email address that received a HigherMe email is most likely your login email.

If you're still having trouble, let us know! Please email us before making a second account on HigherMe. An email address can only have one HigherMe account associated with it. If you create a second HigherMe account with your new email address, we won't be able to assign that new email address to your old account. You might lose access to your past applications in the shuffle! Please reach out to us at [e-mail] so that we can assist you.
