The Reports section provides you with deeper insights into how candidates are finding you, where the best potential employees are coming from, and helps track your hiring process for compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requirements.


HigherMe helps you keep track of the demographic data that is required for EEOC reporting to ensure you are protected in the event of a claim. All records are permanently stored and accessible in HigherMe's database for your records. Simply select the appropriate location(s) and date range to generate a report.


Want to see where which sources are generating the most applicants for your job listings? HigherMe tracks how applicants have found your jobs to allow you to make more informed decisions on where to spend your job ad budget. Filter by Location, Job and Date Range to track the performance of your recruiting strategies. 

Report History

Anytime a report has been generated and exported, it will be emailed to you and also stored in the Report History section for future reference.
