The JOBS page in your account is where you can find a link to your job post previews, and manage the Hiring Status for all your job postings.

On this page, you can:

Hiring Status

HigherMe allows you to manage all your job postings in one place. You can control whether or not candidates can apply to your jobs and how visible they are by using these statuses:

  • When a job is set to ACTIVE on the jobs page it means that the job is live and integrated with our partner sites like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, GoogleJobs, etc. (external sites) AND is live on the HigherMe job board, Text-To-Apply signs, and company page URL (internal).
  • When a job is set to PASSIVE on the jobs page it means that the job is live on the HigherMe job board, Text-To-Apply signs, and company page URL (internal only).
  • When a job is set to OFF it means the job is not visible to candidates and no one can apply.

Average Response Time

Each Location is assigned an Average Response Time to show you how quickly your managers are responding to candidates. The things that contribute to your Average Response Time are:

  • Changing an Applicant Status
  • Clicking "Show Contact Info" on a candidate application
  • Using the Interview Scheduler tool to invite a candidate for a phone or in-person interview.

It's important to keep your Average Response Time under 48 hours to maximize your hiring. Candidates move on quickly to the next opportunity, so make sure that you're not left behind. Contact candidates quickly!

Hiring Statistics

On your JOBS page, you will see an overall summary of the application flow for each location you manage, and an individual breakdown for each job posting at that location.

Use the Search Locations tool to help you locate a specific location. You can also change the period of time you see the statistics (by default, you’ll see the numbers for the last 30 days).

Each row will give you a breakdown of candidate activity for that job and location

  • # of Applications - the total number of applications submitted in the designated time period
  • New Applications - the number of applications submitted in the designated time period that are currently marked with the status “New”
  • Contacted - the number of applications submitted in the designated time period that are currently marked with the status “Contacted”
  • Interviewed - the number of applications submitted in the designated time period that are currently marked with the status “Interviewed”
  • Hired - the number of applications submitted in the designated time period that are currently marked with the status “Hired”
  • Not Interested - the number of applications submitted in the designated time period that are currently marked with the status “Rejected”
