NEW! HigherMe is excited to announce our new Wizardline integration, available to all Domino's clients. The Wizardline integration allows you to easily collect key information from new hires and sync it to Domino's Pulse where you can use it for reporting, inventory, and more. Our Wizardline integration is billed per location, based on the number of locations that you have active. To get set up with the HigherMe x Wizardline integration, you'll need help from our team. ✍️ Using the Wizardline integration |
1. Mark applicant status When you're ready, mark an applicant as Pending onboarding from your Applications page. (You'll see this new status even if you don't use our Onboarding tool, as long as you have the Wizardline integration turned on.) This status will signal to HigherMe that we need to ask the applicant some extra questions and send their information over to Wizardline. 2. Begin onboarding & choose questions Now your process will look a little different depending on how you use HigherMe, but either way it's time to select which additional info you want to ask the applicant to submit.

You can set questions to required or optional, or choose to skip them altogether. Your selections here will be saved on the template level, so if you choose to require Food handlers license info for a Part-time morning barista then your future hires for the role will also be asked to provide this info. |
3. Mark applicant status The next time your applicant logs into HigherMe (or if you have onboarding, when your new hire logs in to complete their onboarding paperwork), they'll be prompted to provide this additional information. |
4. Finalize onboarding
Now you'll be prompted to revisit your Onboarding page, where you'll have an onboarding record to review. Once you've reviewed your applicant's (or new hire's) answers, you're ready to Finalize. Their information will be sent over to Wizardline where you'll be able to confirm it and make any necessary adjustments before it is sent over to Pulse. You can always adjust what information you ask for when you "Begin onboarding" in the future! |
