HigherMe partners with VendorBridge, Chick-fil-A's payroll service provider, to give you a seamless and integrated onboarding experience.
⚙️ Setting up your VendorBridge integration: |
- To begin the process, log into your Chick-fil-A home page and click on Reports & Tools.
- Find the VendorBridge tool and approve HigherMe as a preferred vendor. You will then be redirected to the HigherMe site to finish setting up the integration.
- Next, the Chick-fil-A owner/operator must authenticate their account on HigherMe's Chick-fil-A integration page. You can find this page at app.higherme.com/partners/cfa. You should see a pink Authenticate button. You're almost done!

- Once you've authenticated, click into the Locations tab on the left. Open each of your locations by clicking on the blue Attach button. A small window will pop up with information on the location. Enter your 5-digit store number in the Enter ID field. Click Attach.

- Finally, click into the Templates tab. Each of your HigherMe job templates needs to be attached to its corresponding Chick-fil-A payroll title. Open each of your templates by clicking on the blue Attach button. A small window will pop up with information on the template. Click on + Attach new template and then select a payroll title from the Select an option dropdown menu. Click Attach to save.

All set! You can view your new hires in the Onboarded employees tab.
Note that employees will show up as "attached" in this tab approximately 20 minutes after they’ve been reviewed and finalized.
